The West Virginia Quarter Horse Association will once again present the Mountain State Futurity on September 17-19, 2010 at the Winfield Riding Club in Winfield, WV. The Mountain State Futurity is held along with the West Virginia Breeders Futurity in September each year and presents an outstanding field of competition and the finest facilities in the Tri-State Area.
