Virginia Barrel Futurity Rules

| 1. Futurity is open to any horse which
is a foal of 2004 and later, and has not competed in any other Barrel
Race prior to December 1, 2007. |
2. All horses must be checked in, numbered
and all fees paid in full by 9:00 am
Sat. June14 , 2008. |
| 3. Rider may ride more than (1) horse,
but must ride same horse in both go's. |
| 4. Substitutions are allowed with
a $75.00 penalty. |
| 5. No refunds if entry is not capable
of competing. |
| 6. Futurity will have 2 go-rounds
30% of monies per go. 40% to the average. |
| 7. 100% of added money and 80% of
remaining entry fees will be paid back to contestant in all classes. |
| 8. Western Hats optional but no ball
caps. |
| 9. Futurity payback will be made on
Sunday, only, 30 minutes after the class. |
| 10. No refunds will be given in any
class due to any condition. |
| 11. Total time of both go-rounds determines
winner. |
| 12. No Non-Member Fee. |
| 13. Payback money must be picked up
the day of show. |
| 14. All NPBA Rules apply, 1 and 2 second Split. Must have current NP Membership to be eligible to enter the 3 NPBA regional qualifying pole classes. |
